Dr. Frank Amoakohene's nomination for the Ashanti Region exemplifies this strategy. As a medical professional with both a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Ghana and an MBA from the Accra Business School, he represents the administration's interest in leaders who can bridge technical expertise with administrative capabilities.

The selection of Mrs. Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey for the Eastern Region further reinforces this pattern. Currently pursuing doctoral research in Migration at the University of Ghana, Mrs. Awatey brings substantial experience in local governance, having served as Presiding Member of the Yilo Krobo Municipal Assembly.
