The restructuring establishes a clear chain of command, with DCOP Abdul-Osman Razak appointed as National Security Coordinator. In this pivotal role, Razak will synchronize security initiatives across various agencies, strengthening institutional cooperation.
Operational oversight receives reinforcement through COP Nathan Kofi Boakye (Rtd.), who takes the position of Director of Operations at the Presidency. Complementing these appointments, Charles Kipo steps into the role of Director General of the National Intelligence Bureau, consolidating the administration's intelligence capabilities.
