Johnny Drille Releases New EP "Home" Featuring Phyno, Adekunle Gold, and The Cavemen

Acclaimed Nigerian singer-songwriter Johnny Drille has once again demonstrated his versatility and artistry with the release of his latest EP, Home. The six-track project, which dropped to widespread anticipation, showcases Johnny’s distinctive blend of heartfelt lyrics, soulful melodies, and a fusion of diverse musical influences.

In a heartfelt message shared on social media, Johnny Drille expressed his excitement about the release. “I’ve made this specially for you, a piece of my heart in words and letters, some of the best songs I ever made with some of the most incredible artists, which I can’t wait to share with you. My new extended play that I’ve called Home will be out this Friday,” he wrote, building anticipation for the project.

One of the standout elements of the Home EP is its star-studded collaborations. Johnny Drille partners with some of Africa’s most celebrated artists, delivering a rich and diverse sound that transcends genres. Featured artists include the highlife band The Cavemen, hip-hop heavyweight Phyno, and Afropop sensation Adekunle Gold, each bringing their unique flavor to the project.
